How a job runs from first visit to cleanup
The first visit is an inspection, not a sales pitch. We get into the attic wherever possible and onto the roof itself when conditions and access allow it, and we look for the specific signs that point to a source rather than assuming the obvious spot is the real one. After that you get a written scope describing what we found and, where more than one option genuinely exists, what each one covers and what it costs to hold up over time.
During the work, the crew that scoped the job is the crew that does it. We protect the landscaping and any structures below the roofline, tear off or clean as the job requires, and finish with a full site cleanup that includes a magnet sweep for stray fasteners across the yard and driveway.
